After investigation, a smuggling group headed by Wu and Chen collected cosmetics purchased by Shenzhen shippers in Hong Kong, and entrusted a company in Foshan to illegally steal citizenship information and forged cross-border e-commerce "three orders" (orders). , Payment note, waybill), falsely report the goods that should be imported in the general trade method as cross-border e-commerce trade, and then transfer them to the actual shippers near Huaqiangbei, Shenzhen, and finally sell them in the country for profit.
